Run it at your office, an office park or a Richmond park
- Your office. Back lawn, parking lot, a cleared-out common area or warehouse bay. If you're in Innsbrook, West Creek or near Short Pump, the green space at your own building is usually the easiest venue.
- A Richmond park. Reserve a shelter at Deep Run, Twin Hickory, Pocahontas State Park, Bryan Park or Pole Green. Most public shelters need a reservation, so book that first, then your kit.
- Indoors. Warehouses, gyms and fellowship halls work year round, so rain and January aren't a problem.
- Power. You'll need an outlet within extension cord reach for the air pumps and fog machine.

Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We carry liability insurance and send a COI on request. Put any specific COI requirements, like additional insureds or your landlord's name, in the quote form.
Do we need a facilitator?
No. It's a self-serve rental. Pick one point person to run the games with our online game guide. Barrier setup takes 10-15 minutes.
How many people can play?
Kits cover up to 20 players: 8 for $149, 16 for $249, up to 20 for $309. For bigger groups, request a quote and we'll plan a rotation.
Where can we hold it?
Your office lawn, parking lot or warehouse, or a Richmond-area park shelter. You'll need an outlet for the air pumps and fog machine. We deliver within 20 miles for $50-$125. Beyond that it's pickup only.
How long does it take?
Most groups play for 60-90 minutes with breaks. The rental is all day, so you can extend or split it around lunch.
Is it safe for a work event?
Foam darts are low impact and every kit includes safety glasses for every player. Every renter signs a standard waiver before equipment goes out.
What if it rains?
Weather reschedules are free. You can also move indoors to a warehouse, gym or cleared common area.
