What's the difference between corporate and birthday pricing?

Same kit pricing as our standard packages ($149 Battle Kit / $249 Big Battle Kit). The corporate experience adds tournament bracket templates, W-9 and itemized receipt on request, and a quote/invoice path for groups of 17+ or buyers paying by PO.

Can we get a receipt for expense reports?

Yes. We provide itemized receipts and W-9 forms on request. Most companies expense Nerf team building under employee engagement, team building, or morale budget lines.

How do packages work for more than 20 people?

The Big Battle Kit covers 16 players and takes up to 4 extra players at $15 each, for 20 total. For bigger groups, request a quote with your group size and we'll tell you what we can do on your date.

Is delivery included?

Pickup from our Richmond location is free. Delivery is $50 within 5 miles, $75 within 10, $100 within 15 and $125 within 20 miles of Richmond. Setup and teardown adds $100 with delivery. Beyond 20 miles is pickup only.
